Tropical Ice Boxes Warranty
All Tropical Ice Boxes are backed by a 10-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship in the ice box body and lid, when used for normal recreational purposes only.
Koastal Ice Boxes Warranty
All Koastal Ice Boxes are backed by a 5-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship in the ice box body and lid, when used for normal recreational purposes only.
Recreational Use Only
These warranties apply to recreational use only, including activities such as camping, fishing, boating and general outdoor use.
Use in commercial environments — including charter operations, hire businesses, worksites or other heavy-duty commercial applications — is not covered under the standard warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity or performance of the ice box body and lid, including:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Faults affecting the ice box body
- Faults affecting the lid
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Wear items and replaceable parts are not covered under warranty.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Handles
- Hinges
- Straps
- Loops
- Buttons
- Rubber feet
- Drain bungs
- Seals
- Stickers
- Other replaceable parts and accessories
These items are considered wear items and may require replacement during the normal life of the ice box.
Other Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, modification, accidental damage, or use outside normal intended conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Prolonged or excessive exposure to high heat or direct sunlight
- Warping or deformation caused by environmental conditions
- Damage caused by overloading, impact, or incorrect use
- Damage occurring during transport or handling after dispatch
Please note: Any damage sustained during freight must be reported as soon as possible so we can assist with a claim through the carrier.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your ice box has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and fault
This helps us assess your claim as quickly as possible.
